Carin loves nature, color and architectural details. During a vacation in Canada a few years ago, she discovered that she had a natural talent for using the camera to illustrate these interests. Her spiderweb image won a first place award at the CT Audubon contest in Glastonbury, CT in 2008. This picture also appeared in the 2007 Guilford Savings Bank calender.
Recently Carin has added pictures of children and pets to her portfolio. She exhibits along the Connecticut Shoreline and her images are sold by a group of select retail outlets as well as on-line.
Carin grew up in Sweden and lived in Germany and Norway before settling in Old Saybrook, CT.
